All credentialed providers must have a physical office location where patients will be treated. Since credentialing and contracting can take more than 6 months to a year, providers must have a consistent location for at least 6 months at the time of signing up with Alchemy. If you are moving before 6 months, or are unsure what will happen, we recommend that you wait to credential or expect that there will be additional delays and fees. We require you to contact us right away if moving will be an issue.
